When moving data out of the platform, apply the same data hygiene that governs the project itself:- Prefer curated outputs — memos, decks, quote packs — over raw transcripts or full exports.
- Respect privacy, PII rules, and NDAs in anything you share externally.
- Be deliberate about where outputs are copied or pasted.
