# Overview

> Export data and connect Focaldata to your workflow

Once a study is complete, you can take its outputs out of the platform for client delivery and downstream use.

## Sharing outputs responsibly

When moving data out of the platform, apply the same data hygiene that governs the project itself:

* Prefer curated outputs — memos, decks, quote packs — over raw transcripts or full exports.
* Respect privacy, PII rules, and NDAs in anything you share externally.
* Be deliberate about where outputs are copied or pasted.
